I was searching within Google when I spotted this from AttaHun. He had compiled a comprehensive version of Income Tax BE Form submission. You can download it from here.
Note that the version is only for reference only. I had downloaded and use it for reference.
There's also free version of TaxSaya Software. You can download it via here. It is actually a software version of Form BE.
